They have some of the neatest and useful products. One of them being their Room-eez Growth Charts.
I love the monkey theme of this growth chart. My nickname for my youngest son is "monkey" so this chart is perfect for him and his room.
Applying the chart to the wall was somewhat simple. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow.
However, perfectionists beware.
You will not be happy no matter how many levels you use (and I used two).
As instructed I made a mark on the wall six inches from the bottom of the wall. This is where the bottom of the chart will be. Before taping my tape measure to the wall, I used the level to make sure it was vertically level on the wall. Then, I placed marks at various heights on the wall all the way to what would be the last measurement on the actual growth chart.
Now, I would love to say that I did all of this work on my own but I did have to have hubby help me.
Being the perfectionist I am I got a little frazzled during application. Even though I had used a level, things did not look straight to me. So, I had to remove the decal a few times and reapply. My hands were a wee bit sweaty as well. This didn't seem to affect the adhesive on the decal. The chart was easily removed and reapplied (I did this about three times).
And once during application, a monkey's tail may have happened to stick itself to the backside of the decal. But I was able to easily fix it and reapply it to the wall. The glue was not removed at all.
You can get your growth chart personalized with your child's name. I did get Little Man's name along with this chart. I just have not been brave enough to apply it yet.
Also included in the package are coconut shells. On the shells you can write your child's age and height as well as the date you measured the child. Then, you place the shells at that particular measurement on the wall next to the growth chart.
Overall, it took about 20 minutes to install this adorable decal.
The end result is fabulous and my Little Man loves his chart. Every night before bed he has to measure himself before he goes to sleep. I have even caught him changing up the placement of the bananas on the wall.
